Terms and Conditions for Group Boxing Classes
Advance Booking: All participants must book their spot in advance. Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the class starts.
Minimum Number of Participants: A minimum of 8 participants is required for a class to proceed. If the minimum number is not reached, the class may be cancelled or postponed.
Late Arrivals: Participants who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class, to ensure the safety and smooth running of the session.
Equipment: Participants must bring their own protective gear (boxing gloves, wraps, etc.) unless provided by the organization.
Safety and Liability: Participants are required to follow the safety instructions given by the coach. The organization is not responsible for injuries resulting from negligence on the part of participants.
Behavior: Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the class without a refund.
Terms and Conditions for Private Boxing Classes
Booking Policy: Private sessions must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation by Instructor: In the rare event that a session is cancelled by the instructor, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
Tardiness: If the participant arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the instructor’s other commitments.
Equipment: Participants are encouraged to bring their own boxing gloves and protective gear. If unavailable, please notify the instructor in advance to arrange for equipment, subject to availability.
Safety and Liability: Participants must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the instructor. The organization disclaims any liability for injuries resulting from the participant’s failure to follow instructions or from inherent risks of boxing training.
Conduct: Respectful and safe conduct is expected at all times. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may lead to termination of the session with no refund.
